Cleetus McFarland Return Policy

This policy is for all returns, exchanges or refunds pertaining to the Cleetus McFarland Merchandise and all affiliated parties.

  1. To receive a full refund items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and purchased within 30 days of return shipment. 

  2. All damaged or missing items must be reported to  support@cleetusmcfarland.com within 3 days of package delivery date or items cannot be returned and missing items will not be replaced.

  3. Approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. No processed orders will be 100% refunded as we pay for shipping costs and our team members who fulfill your packages. If your order has not yet been fulfilled and shipped, a full refund may be provided.

  4. Once we receive your item, we will notify you via email that we have received your package. We will also send you an email if a refund is in order. Please allow for 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Your refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card or method of payment. For late or missing refunds: Please first check your bank account then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cleetusmcfarland.com

  5. Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and are not able to be refunded. 

  6. Exchanges: We only replace damaged or defective items. If you would like a different size than ordered, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  7. For items returned by the mail carrier: If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, email support@cleetusmcfarland.com immediately. If a package is sent with an incorrect address entered by the customer, we will email you, per our discretion we may issue a refund minus 50% restocking fee or the customer may pay the shipping fees to resend the package.

  • Name on the original order

  • What size you would like to exchange for or if you would like a refund

  • The address you would like your exchange sent to

It is the customers responsibility to follow proper procedures. Items sent without documentation will be placed on a shelf for 30 days. After that time, we will discard these items. For items returned to us by the mail carrier, if the customer does not respond to our method of contact within 5 business days, a refund will be issued with a 50% deduction for a restocking fee. 

If you are shipping a return over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee we will receive your returned item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. 

All sales are final on marked down merchandise and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Sale items, promotional items, clearance items, and international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items ordered during giveaway promotions.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. This includes items appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of fragrances or odors, or with animal hair.

Shipment Processing Times

Normal Shipment Times: Please allow 1-2 weeks  for your items to be processed and shipped.

International Shipment times: USPS is not able to send packages to AUS and NZ due to covid. We now work with a third party shipping company (GlobalPost Smart saver) to help us ship internationally. Please allow 5-7 weeks from our ship date for your package to be delivered.  

Giveaway ShipmentsPlease allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

Holiday Shipment PeriodPlease allow 3-4 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped. 

Holiday Season 2021 shipment deadline dates to receive package prior to December 24th: International shipment orders must be placed by December 5thDomestic shipment orders must be placed by December 15thOrders placed after above listed dates are not guaranteed to arrive prior to the holiday.
